Actress, director, theater and communication teacher, after having worked in Paris, Marie-Astrid Houy created the "theater that speaks in the eyes" in 1999 in Orsay, in Essonne.
Writing being one of her many passions, she is the author of her shows and plays intended for her students.
She enlivens, with enthusiasm, theatrical improvisation evenings and gives private and collective lessons on public speaking.
She also puts this art of communication at the service of universities, Grandes Ecoles and Training Centers.
On July 26, 2018, she learned that she had a clever brain tumor.
Although overwhelmed, she decides to write a book in order to share, with readers, her feeling in the face of the announcement and the course that her illness represents: “For people to know. For all those who wanted and who could not or have no time to do so. »»
