it emerged from our discussions two strong proposals:
I-Creation of an amicable compensation system
as we have announced, the AMAVEA and the firm Dante wish to revive the creation of an amicable compensation system , that is to say a new compensation pathway without going through the judge, as exists for the victims of the mediator or the Dépakine.
To this end, you will find attached 3 mail models that you can print. On each letter, you should indicate by hand at the top left your name name and address. You will think of signing letters and posting them by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
- A first letter that begins with Madame or Monsieur le MP. You can post this letter to the deputy for your district in Paris (National Assembly, 126 rue de l'Université, 75355 Paris 07 SP) and in its constituency.

A second letter that begins with Madame or Senator. You can post this mail to the senator of your constituency in Paris (Senate, 15 rue de Vaugirard, 75291 Paris Cedex 06) and in his constituency.

A third letter that begins with the Minister of Health. You can post this letter to Madam Minister in Paris 14, avenue Duquesne 75 350 Paris 07.

We are well aware that sending these letters represents a little work for you. But it is important that all the victims are mobilizing to obtain the creation of this device.
II - Collective anxiety procedure
as we have announced to you, we will launch a collective anxiety procedure. This procedure consists in obtaining compensation for moral damage linked to exposure to a risk of meningioma.
This prejudice of anxiety is radically distinct from bodily injury (meningiomas) that you have or not undergone.
Two consequences result from it:
- A patient who has consumed the drugs in question but who does not suffer from any meningioma can invoke this prejudice of anxiety. Indeed, this prejudice of anxiety stems from exposure to a risk, regardless of the realization of this risk.
- A patient who suffers from meningioma can do an individual legal proceedings and at the same time request the compensation for this anxiety damage. There may be two parallel procedures.
If you wish to join this procedure, please return the attached form to the Dante cabinet so that it can integrate you . You will then receive a fee agreement for this procedure.
