The goal of Amavéa is to allow people with meningiomas to communicate with each other and discuss drug treatments such as Androcur, Lutéran, Lutényl, and others.
Therefore, you can talk about life after meningioma surgery , meningioma and fatigue , recovery after meningioma surgery , after- effects , and also the question, " Can a meningioma regress ?"

To provide support to victims and people suffering from meningiomas, the association has created a private discussion group on Facebook: Amavea Facebook Group .
According to the group administrator, Sarah:

My aim is to unite victims, to support them, to help them connect symptoms to their medical history, and to support them when they discover the "reality" of this injustice through an MRI. To support them, especially when they have a family or friends who are reluctant to listen, but also to encourage them never to give in to the medical establishment.
And finally, to demand, each of us in our own small way, to be treated with the seriousness and empathy we deserve.
In short, to create a positive dynamic within the group, so that no one feels wronged, alone, or isolated in the face of this.
Providing a space for everyone to speak is the minimum we set for ourselves with this kind of group, where kindness and active listening must be the driving forces.
Seeking help and giving help is the foundation of everything, to make this world a little more welcoming.
