Elisa- 15 years of Androcur- 2 Méningiomes

I took Androcur for about 15 years. In 2010, losing consciousness frequently I did an MRI and we discovered 2 meningiomas: 1 front and 1 at the base of the brain which surrounds the main artery and pushed the optic nerve.
The latter being more important and “poorly located” could only be partially operated. Consequently, the neurosurgeon and oncologist we recommend radiotherapy. So I underwent 35 sessions which seems to have “frozen” the meningioma that no longer grows.
On the other hand, I continue to have words of frequent heads, sensations that I will fall and I think I have lost certain cognitive faculties 🙁 which limits me in my work.
Androcur was prescribed to me in France but I have not lived in France for a few years. Radiotherapy was done in Spain.
What should I do to assert my rights please?
I'm a little lost to know what to do.
Each year I do my usual resonance control.
