Diane - Androcur - 1 meningioma

I allow myself to write to you because I too have been victim of Androcur.
Indeed, I took this medication for a while (used at the time as a contraceptive) and I was discovered a meningioma in 2007 (I was 26 years old at the time). Meningioma was on the optical chiasma (with an increased risk of blindness).
I was operated very quickly. The excision was total but following the operation I had a pituitary insufficiency that I always deal with and that I would deal with for life but in comparison to meningioma and the risk of being blind, I think I have come out well. And the optical nerves have also been a little injured (to summarize, I should not have other problems in terms of my vision).
At the time, no link had been made between meningioma and my androcur taking but I now think that there is an obvious report.
