October 29, 2019: First judicial victory!

Une première victoire pour les victimes de l’Androcur ayant engagé des procédures auprès du cabinet DANTE, avec les avocats Charles JOSEPH-OUDIN et Guillaume BRUNEAU-QUEYREIX.

Despite Bayer's strong opposition, the court approved the victims' request and ordered expertise against the Bayer laboratory and the Medicines Agency (ANSM).

Experts appointed by the judge are used to looking at drug -related issues.

They are completely independent of the Bayer laboratory and the health authorities.
