October 29, 2019: First judicial victory!

A first victory for the victims of the Androcur having initiated procedures with the Cabinet Dante, with the lawyers Charles Joseph-Oudin and Guillaume Bruneau-Queyreix.

Despite Bayer's strong opposition, the court approved the victims' request and ordered expertise against the Bayer laboratory and the Medicines Agency (ANSM).

Experts appointed by the judge are used to looking at drug -related issues.

They are completely independent of the Bayer laboratory and the health authorities.
