Dante Joseph Méningiome victims files , had an audience on May 29 before the tribunal de grande instance for three victims of the drug Androcur.
At this hearing, the Bayer laboratory requested a dismissal in order to be able to study the medical documents which were given to it and prepare its defense.
A new audience will be held on September 13 during which the magistrate will take knowledge of the arguments of all parties to decide on the organization of legal expertise.
Procedures for victims of meningioma under Androcur
Similar procedures will soon be launched for other victims of Méningioma under Androcur in this same law firm.
At the same time, the CNAMED ( National Commission for Medical Accidents ) as well as the ONIAM ( National Office for the Compensation for Medical Accidents ) are in the process of setting up a common framework for the completion of expertise which would be ordered by the CCIs ( conciliation and compensation commissions ).
The AMAVEA (Association for assistance to victims of meningiomas under Androcur) and the Dante firm will be received to participate in this implementation which will make it possible to harmonize the procedures before the CCIs as well as to have a list of competent experts to hear the victims.
For those who have already seized CCIs, these are technical procedures with issues both in terms of responsibility and very important forensic evaluation.

The Amavea association and its action compared to Androcur and Meningioma
The association being involved in discussions on future compensation and therefore having a huge job to provide, we must all be aware that our strength is memberships, and the more we will be in the association, the more we have weight with the health authorities. Do not hesitate to join our association , this will help us in these actions to apply for compensation and compensation.
